Police say man fabricated Thanksgiving robbery story Alfonzo Xi Tzib, 33, was charged Monday with causing a false public alarm stemming from an incident at the Quick Chek on Mountain Avenue on Thanksgiving morning, according to a press release from the Hackettstown Police Department.
