| Dense fog could delay Monday morning commutes The National Weather Service cautioned Monday morning commuters to prepare for foggy conditions. Dense fog started to develop in New Jersey on Sunday night, according to an NWS alert. Meteorologists predicted the conditions would spread to Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
